    1. You may send your request to info@xthsens.com.

    2. We tell you the approximate availability.

    3. We contact suitable craftsmen in the target area.

    4. We keep you up to date, if it takes longer than 48 hours.

    5. We let you have a quote and you can confirm or reject.

    6. We send to you a prepayment invoice and the orders to the craftsmen.

    7. We let you have the contact data of the workers.

    1. The workers show up at the building site with the required tools

    2. We remain available for you before and during the work.

    3. In case of changes or similar, we find accommodating ad-hoc solutions.

    4. Your site manager fills out the time sheets to document the working hours.

    5. After the work is done, we create a final invoice based on the time sheets.

    6. You receive a refund if the working load has been underestimated and vice versa.

    • Working days, start time, shift durations.

    • Amount of workers, type of workers, quality requirements.

    • Location of work, e.g. address or venue, hall number, stand number, exhibitor name, etc.

    • Contact of your site manager or supervisor.

    • Badges for our crafts to access the building site (if necessary).

    • Any other information you consider to be helpful, e.g. building plan, material lists or similar.

    • Your company data, VAT-Number and IBAN to ensure a compliant billing process.

    • Allrounders, Carpenters, Painters, Helpers, Electricians

    • Site Managers, Foilers, Truck Drivers, Forklift Drivers *

  • Depending on the target country, we mostly have native tongues available.

    Usually our workers are bilingual, i.e. mostly english as second language in non-anglophone countries.

    But we also have some trilingual craftsmen available,

    Finally we all speak craftsmenship :-)

  • Mostly we can. However, it may depend on the deadline of your request and the target region.

    If your request is very short term, the probability is lower as most workers are maybe booked already.

    But we always try our very best to offer you the best possible conditions.

    Finally you can always decide in advance, as we are transparent and simple in our quotes.

    Considering our continously growing network our mid- to longterm goal is clear:

    Always avoid travel costs and minimize carbon emissions !

  • Yes they do. 

    All fitters carry at least an electric screwdriver and a basic tool box for assembly.

    Additionally carpenters carry professional hand machines, e.g. skill saw and jig saw.

    Painters and electricians are as well equipped with their guild related tools.

    If there are special or rarely used tools required for a job,

    you can let us know, and we will ensure in each case the availability.

    In any case a worker should not have certain tools,

    we will inform you upfront, so can decide whether to book or not

    or to let workers use tools you may have available on site.

    Pure helping hands might not bring tools, unless expressingly demanded.

  • Even if you cannot find a target region in our online appearance yet,

    this does not mean, we can’t arrange craftsmen there.

    We are always willing and mostly also capable to acquire new labor on demand.

    Due to our long experience we ensure quality also prior to initial orders.

  • Yes! It is possible that we can arrange workers for the next day.

    If we should only have workers available, that not fully meet your requirements,

    we will inform you before the booking, so you can decide whteher to book or not.

    Generally, this short term a real time bank transfer is required, to ensure

    that the order amount receives at our accounts on the day of order.

  • It depends on the particular project and the duration of business relationship.

    For smaller works, we can of course arrange one or two workers who will do the job alone.

    For bigger jobs, we prerequisite having worked with you several times

    and to send you workers, that already know your work or your particular project.

    Then we can sendfull crews (incl. site manager) to install or dismantle an entire project.

    In any such case, we require from you extensive information, such as

    building plan, graphics, material lists, schedules, contact of your forwarding agent, etc)

  • Markets are dynamic and individuals on the market are self-determinated.

    To achieve highest possible availability, prices may vary depending on

    region, dead line and skill requirements.

    However we always try our very best to offer you the best prices available

    within your requirements.

    We can tell you approximate ranges that apply to most cases.
